What if I'm having trouble logging in?
We have a 'Forgot Password' or 'Forgot User ID' feature in our Free Online Payment Tool. This will walk you through the process of identifying your User ID and resetting your password. If you need further assistance, you can call us at 904.354.8537 or 800.342.8416 or stop by one of our branches and one of our Member Experience representatives will assist you.
What if I want to a cancel a payment that I previously scheduled? Can I cancel a recurring payment?
If the payment has not yet processed, you can log in to the Free Online Payment Tool, view Payment History, and cancel your scheduled payment.
Can I make a payment from my Community First account using the Free Online Payment Tool?
At this time, the Free Online Payment tool is for members choosing to pay their loans from another financial institution. If you would like to make a payment from a Community First account, please log into Online and/or Mobile Banking.
What types of loans can I pay through the Free Online Payment Tool?
At this time, the Free Online Payment Tool can be used to make payments toward auto loans, personal loans, personal lines of credit, debt consolidation loans, and recreational loans.
How do I find my routing and account information for my other financial institution?
Typically, routing and account numbers can be found at the bottom of a check or deposit slip. Verify if your account is eligible for Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions. If you need assistance, contact your financial institution.
When will my payment post to my loan?
Payments made before 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday (Eastern Time) will post to the loan by the end of the same day. Payments made after 3:30 p.m. will post to the loan by the end of the next business day. *Note: Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days.
Are there limits on how much I can pay toward my loan when using the Free Online Payment Tool?
Yes. The minimum payment is $5.00. The maximum is $2,000.
Why can't I make a payment using my debit or credit card?
At this time, the Free Online Payment Tool only allows you to make a payment using your routing and account number from another financial institution.
Why can't I use the Free Online Payment Tool to make my credit card payment or mortgage?
At this time, the Free Online Payment Tool can be used to make payments toward auto loans, personal loans, personal lines of credit, debt consolidation loans, and recreational loans. To make your credit card or mortgage payment, please log into Online and/or Mobile Banking.
Can I set up a recurring payment?
Yes! The Free Online Payment Tool allows you to set up automatic, recurring payments.
