Member Service Expectations

Community First is committed to providing a healthy in-person banking environment for our members and employees. While we have not had any issues within our branch network or staff, we are taking this situation as seriously as possible and will follow the advice of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) as well as our state and local leaders.

As we continue to monitor Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are implementing new sanitizing procedures, taking advanced cleaning steps and adopting more rigorous and frequent cleaning procedures inside all our branches. Our employees have been updated on extra steps they should take, and we have reinforced with them our established illness protocols (like not coming to work if sick).
