Skip your credit card, auto,
or personal loan payment for 90 days1

You can defer your payment for 90 days.

Due to higher call volume, please log into your online or mobile banking to defer your payment online. Simply select Services, 90 day Skip a Pay to submit your request. If you do not have access to online or mobile banking, you can call us at 904.549.8768.

Loan payment late fees suspension program2

on your business loan for up to 90-days3

Small business owners with existing Community First loans in amount of less than $50,000 can take advantage of the 90 Days Deferral Program for Business Loans. Contact your business expert  at 904.394.9262 if you need payment assistance.

90 days forbearance on your mortgage payment4

Get 90 days forbearance for pandemic impact on your mortgage payment.

Submit your request online. Log into Online Banking or our Mobile Banking app and click on your mortgage loan under the accounts section. Scroll down and click on the Important Coronavirus Updates link. Then simply scroll down again and complete the form to request forbearance.

Make sure to use your Community First debit and credit card as the safest way to pay. You can load your cards in a digital wallet (such as Apple Pay or Samsung Pay), use our contactless tap to pay technology in our Visa Signature credit card, set up automatic payments, and more. 1-Skip a payment program applies to auto (direct and indirect), unsecured, and credit card loans with Community First. Skip a payment program is not offered on lines of credit. Member must request a payment assistance at 904.549.8768 to take advantage of the offer.

2-Late fees on consumer and mortgage loans will be waived until further notice.

3-Small business owners with existing Community First loans in amount of less than $50,000 can take advantage of the 90 Days Deferral Program for Business Loans call 904.394.9262.

4-90 Days mortgage forbearance program will be applied to qualified mortgage loan holders with the understanding that the payments will be repaid in full at the end of forbearing period. A complete review of the borrower’s situation will be made to determine what assistance can be provided. For more details, contact Mortgage servicing department at 1-866-843.2513.

5-Pandemic Special Assistance loan is only available to existing primary members as of 3/16/2020. Members should not have any ‘in bankruptcy’ status, ‘charge off’ status, or have no current work-out loan in place to qualify. Loan amount will be based on one’s month’s gross pay, as evidenced by pay stub or direct deposit. The minimum amount of the loan will be $1,000. Maximum amount of the loan will be $5,000. Terms will range from 12 to 48 months depending on the loan amount.
